Purpose, scope and legal framework
These Terms and Conditions govern access to, browsing and use of the website of LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S., which commercially uses the LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S. brand, as well as the use of its forms, content, contact channels, digital resources and other features made available to the public. Their purpose is to set clear rules of use, protect the legal and creative assets of LEUKOS and of third parties, and define the scope of the information and of the relationships that may arise through electronic means.
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable Colombian law, in particular Law 527 of 1999 on data messages and electronic commerce; Law 1480 of 2011, amended among others by Law 2439 of 2024, where there is a consumer relationship; Law 23 of 1982 and Andean Decision 351 of 1993 on copyright; Andean Decision 486 of 2000 on industrial property; and Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015 on personal data protection, together with any rules that amend, add to, replace or regulate them.
Browsing the site does not replace or modify proposals, service orders, contracts, confidentiality agreements, licenses, assignments, image authorizations or other specific instruments entered into by LEUKOS. In case of conflict regarding a specific project, mandatory rules and, within their scope, the validly executed specific instrument will prevail.
Article 1. Identification of the owner and operator of the site
The website is operated by LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S., tax ID (NIT) 900817314-1, domiciled in Bogotá D. C., Colombia, which commercially uses the LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S. brand. The company manages its own content and may use materials from clients, partners, suppliers, collaborators or third parties when it has sufficient authorization, license, ownership or legal basis.
Article 2. Purpose of the site
The site has an institutional, informational, commercial and portfolio purpose. It presents the identity, experience, services, projects, content, capabilities and contact channels of LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S., and receives inquiries, requests for information, initial briefs, expressions of interest and the data needed to explore potential commercial relationships. Unless there is an express contracting and acceptance feature, browsing or submitting a form does not by itself constitute a service contract, acceptance of a proposal or an obligation to contract.
Article 3. Acceptance, capacity and representation
Accessing and using the site implies knowledge of these Terms insofar as they apply to the activity carried out. When a feature requires express acceptance, it must be given through the mechanism provided. Anyone who provides information declares that they have the capacity to do so legitimately. If acting on behalf of a legal entity or a third party, they state that they have the powers or authorizations needed to make the contact, without that action by itself implying sufficient power to enter into contracts or assume obligations on behalf of that third party.
Article 4. Nature of the information and services
Descriptions of services, methodologies, experience, cases, recognitions, capabilities, estimates or published content are for information purposes and may be updated. The binding conditions of a project will be defined in the corresponding proposal, quote, service order, contract, amendment, approved brief or instrument, including scope, schedule, deliverables, fees, taxes, approvals, intellectual property, responsibilities and payment terms. Previous work shown in the portfolio does not guarantee identical results in future projects.
Article 5. Permitted uses
Users may browse, consult the content and share public links to the site for legitimate purposes. They may download, reproduce or reuse materials only when the site expressly allows it, there is prior authorization, or the use is permitted by an applicable legal exception. Ordinary technical display, strictly necessary temporary storage and legitimate indexing by search engines will not, by themselves, be considered unauthorized uses.
Article 6. Prohibited uses
- Accessing, attempting to access or interfering without authorization with accounts, servers, databases, forms, code, credentials, controls or security measures.
- Introducing malware, malicious scripts, automated attacks, flooding techniques or loads that affect the availability, confidentiality or integrity of the site or of third parties.
- Using the forms or channels for impersonation, fraud, threats, harassment, spam, deceptive solicitation or unlawful activities.
- Copying, reproducing, adapting, distributing, marketing or exploiting without authorization protected content, portfolios, methodologies, visual identities, characters, photographs, videos, campaigns or creative materials.
- Extracting information on a large scale through scraping, bots or other mechanisms when this violates rights, technical measures, access rules or applicable law.
- Using names, signs, projects or references of LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S., its clients or partners in a way that causes confusion about authorship, sponsorship, affiliation, commercial relationship or authorization.
- Collecting personal data published or accessible on the site for incompatible, unauthorized or unlawful purposes.
Article 7. Security, integrity and abuse prevention
Users will refrain from attempting to breach security measures, obtaining unauthorized access, interfering with the availability of the site, carrying out unauthorized penetration tests, introducing malicious code or using automated mechanisms that affect the operation, confidentiality or integrity of the systems. LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S. may block, limit or suspend abusive or technically harmful access and keep reasonable evidence of incidents for security, audit, legal defense or regulatory compliance purposes.
Article 8. Intellectual property of LEUKOS consulting s.a.s
The texts, interfaces, designs, visual identities, pieces, photographs, videos, illustrations, characters, campaigns, methodologies, files, graphic elements, code and other content of the site are protected by copyright and industrial property law when they meet the legal requirements. Their publication on the Internet does not imply an assignment, general license, authorization for commercial exploitation or waiver of rights. Any use other than ordinary browsing requires sufficient authorization or legal basis.
Article 9. Trademarks, projects and content of clients or third parties
The site may show trademarks, names, logos, products, campaigns, photographs, materials or references of clients, partners and third parties to identify projects, demonstrate experience or present the portfolio. The rights to those elements belong to their respective owners. Showing them does not imply appropriation by LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S. and does not grant users any right of reuse. When a contract, authorization, license, duty of confidentiality or valid instruction limits the disclosure of a project, that restriction will prevail.
Article 10. Image, voice and audiovisual content
When the site includes photographs, recordings, testimonials, voice, image or audiovisual material of natural persons, their use must be supported by the applicable legal relationship, authorization, license, informational purpose or legal basis. The presence of a person in a portfolio piece does not authorize users to reuse their image, voice or identity outside the terms permitted by law or by the corresponding rights holder.
Article 11. Forms, information provided and third-party documents
Anyone using the site's forms or channels must provide truthful, relevant information of their own, or information they are authorized to share. They should not include sensitive data, trade secrets, confidential information of third parties, protected materials or documents that are not necessary for the request. LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S. may request additional information to understand the project, verify identity, prevent fraud, prepare a proposal or formalize the relationship, always under criteria of necessity, relevance and proportionality.
Article 12. Content submitted by the user
Sending a brief, text, image, logo, file, reference or material through the site does not transfer ownership of the content to LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S. and does not, by itself, grant any license of exploitation other than what is necessary to analyze the request and, if appropriate, prepare a proposal. Users declare that they have the right to provide the material. If a project is later formalized, the permissions, licenses, assignments and responsibilities over input materials will be governed by the corresponding contract or instrument.
Article 13. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data will be governed by the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy of LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S., the Privacy Notice and Web Consents, and the specific authorizations applicable to each channel. These Terms do not replace the data subject's authorization when it is legally required. Data subjects may exercise their rights through diana.angulo@leukos.com.co and consult the privacy documentation available on the site.
Article 14. Cookies and similar technologies
The site may use cookies, tags, identifiers and similar technologies for its operation, security, measurement, personalization or, where there is sufficient basis, analytics or advertising purposes. The applicable categories, purposes, third parties and choice mechanisms will be disclosed in the Cookie Policy and in the corresponding preferences manager. Non-essential technologies that require consent must not be activated based solely on the user's silence or inaction.
Article 15. Third-party services, platforms and links
The site may include or link to services such as messaging, maps, social media, players, forms, tag managers or other external platforms. When users access a third-party service, that party's own terms and policies may apply. LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S. does not generally control independent third-party services, without prejudice to the obligations it legally has for their selection, configuration, integration, data processing or contractual relationship.
Article 16. Chat, automated assistants and digital tools
When the site enables chat, automated assistants or other interaction tools, their purpose will be to provide initial guidance, receive data or route requests. Automated responses do not by themselves constitute a binding commercial offer, final approval of scope, individualized professional opinion or contractual acceptance, unless the feature expressly states otherwise and meets the applicable legal requirements. Data obtained through these means will be subject to the current privacy documentation.
Article 17. Availability, maintenance and continuity
LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S. will seek to keep the site reasonably available, up to date and secure. It may suspend it or temporarily limit features due to maintenance, updates, security incidents, infrastructure failures, third-party services, unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure or operational needs. LEUKOS may correct errors, modify content or withdraw features when necessary, respecting applicable legal and contractual obligations.
Article 18. Liability and scope of exclusions
To the extent permitted by law, LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S. will not be liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general information on the site, unauthorized uses, damage resulting from conduct attributable to the user, or failures attributable exclusively to third parties beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for willful misconduct, for gross negligence where this cannot legally be waived, for breaches of mandatory rules, for expressly assumed obligations, for personal data protection or for the non-waivable rights of consumers or third parties.
Article 19. Communications and data messages
Requests, communications, approvals, proposals and other electronic exchanges may constitute data messages under Law 527 of 1999. Their evidentiary value and binding force will depend, among other things, on their content, attribution, integrity, availability for later consultation, the powers of the person acting and the legal requirements of the corresponding transaction. Simply filling in a form does not oblige LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S. to accept a project and is not equivalent to accepting financial terms.
Article 20. Consumer relationships and electronic commerce
When a transaction constitutes a consumer relationship and is entered into or completed by electronic means, Law 1480 of 2011, Law 2439 of 2024 and the other mandatory consumer protection and electronic commerce rules will prevail. If the site were to enable direct contracting, purchase or payment of services, the features, pre-contractual information, request and complaint (PQR) mechanisms, traceability, right of withdrawal where applicable, payment reversal and other guarantees required by the nature of the transaction will be implemented.
Article 21. Minors
The site is not intended for children or adolescents to contract services directly or provide personal data without the intervention legally required. If a project requires the participation of a minor, contracting, the processing of their data, the use of their image and the necessary authorizations will be handled through specific instruments, observing their best interests and the prevailing rights recognized by Colombian law.
Article 22. Requests about content, rights or possible infringements
Anyone who believes that content published on the site infringes copyright, industrial property, image rights, personal data or any other right may report it to diana.angulo@leukos.com.co, identifying the content, the right invoked, their contact details and the information reasonably needed to assess the request. LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S. may request additional support and adopt review, temporary limitation, removal or restoration measures depending on the information available, the rights involved and the applicable law.
Article 23. Changes and version control
LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S. may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, operational, security or service changes. Substantial changes will be published through reasonably visible means and will apply going forward from the date indicated in the new version. Changes will not retroactively affect acquired rights or modify existing contracts unless there is a valid agreement or legal basis.
Article 24. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes will first be resolved through direct contact and, where appropriate, through direct settlement or conciliation mechanisms. Mandatory rules on jurisdiction, consumer protection, habeas data and access to authorities will prevail over any incompatible provision; therefore no clause requires anyone to waive the rights, authorities or courts recognized by law.
Article 25. Severability and precedence
If any provision of these Terms is declared null, ineffective, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect insofar as they can stand on their own. Mandatory rules and validly executed contracts, proposals or other specific instruments will prevail regarding the specific matter they govern.
Article 26. Contact

These Terms and Conditions take effect on September 28, 2026 and will remain applicable while published on the site or until replaced by a later version. LEUKOS CONSULTING S.A.S. will keep reasonable traceability of its versions for compliance and evidentiary purposes.
